Shipping Policy

At Kuredr, we are committed to delivering your wellness products safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how your orders are processed and shipped.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 working days

  • Remote or Village Areas: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festivals, weather conditions, or other operational reasons.

3. Courier Partners

We ship through trusted logistics companies like:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • XpressBees

  • Ekart / India Post (for remote locations)

A tracking link will be sent via SMS or Email once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free above the minimum order value (if applicable).

  • A nominal delivery charge may apply for orders below the free-shipping limit.

  • Extra charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-deliver locations.

5. Tracking Your Order

When your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number (AWB)

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link

You can track your shipment anytime until delivery.

6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to customer-related reasons such as:

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Incorrect pincode

  • Phone not reachable

  • Customer unavailable at the delivery location

  • Refusal to accept delivery

A re-delivery fee may be charged or the order may be cancelled without refund (in case of repeated failed attempts).

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Kuredr is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural calamities

  • Weather issues

  • Strikes or lockdowns

  • Festive rush

  • Courier operational delays

However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

8. Damaged, Tampered or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • Tampered or opened package

  • Wrong item delivered

Please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund after verification.

9. International Shipping

Currently, international shipping is not available.
We ship only within India.
