• delays caused by courier partners,

6. Pricing & Availability

Prices, offers, and product availability may change anytime without prior notice. We hold full rights to update or discontinue any product or service.

7. Order Cancellation

Kuredr may cancel or refuse any order due to wrong pricing, stock issues, suspicious activity, or incorrect information. Any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Non-Delivery

• If the delivery is not completed due to your unavailability, not picking up the call, or any incorrect address issue, then:

  The penny payment paid at the time of order will NOT be refunded by the company

  Re-shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer for the next delivery attempt

• If non-delivery happens due to incorrect details provided by the user (wrong address, phone not reachable, etc.), the customer will bear re-shipping charges.

9. User Information

You agree to provide accurate details such as name, address, phone number, and email.
If any information is found false, Kuredr may block your access or cancel your order without notice.

10. Payment & Fraud

Kuredr is not responsible for any kind of card/payment fraud.
The user must use only their own authenticated payment methods.

11. Complaints & Support

Any order-related complaint must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Complaints raised after 7 days may not be accepted.

12. Consultation Services

Kuredr offers online/phone consultations. By booking or using these services, you agree that:

• The advice is based on the details you provide.

• Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may affect results.

• Kuredr is not liable for outcomes arising from wrong information provided by the user.

13. Coupon & Offer Terms

• Coupons are valid for a limited time and may change or expire anytime.

• Only one coupon can be used per order.

• If you return a product, the coupon discount will be deducted from the refund amount.

• All taxes applicable to discounted orders must be paid by the user.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
